Unoccupied buildings and sites are all company assets. Q10 is able to protect them to the benefit of the liquidated company, its shareholders, creditors and neighbouring businesses or homes.

We work with a number of liquidation companies providing mobile and/or static security personnel to prevent such as, graffiti, vandalism, fire, theft, illegal occupation and general deterioration of the fabric of the building.

• Property inspection: monitoring protective measures and the fabric of the building
